It is understood that Tetra Pak alone currently has 1000 filling machines in China, more than 2100 students attending classes, and three composite material factories (one in Beijing, Foshan and Kunshan). The annual production capacity of these three composite packaging material factories is estimated to be 10billion packaging units, and about 100000 tons of raw paperboard and white card paper need to be used. However, most of these raw paperboards still need to be purchased in the European market, and China has not yet carried out large-scale development of composite flexible packaging raw paperboards

at present, the production of composite flexible packaging raw paperboard is mainly in northern Europe, Sweden and Finland. In the Asian market, the company's hydraulic testing machine adopts imported gas drive pressurization technology. Although there is a demand, only Japan and Indonesia have produced a small amount. In this regard, relevant experts pointed out that in the long run, due to the needs and huge potential market in Asia, it is necessary to establish a production plant of raw paperboard in Asia, and China's paper industry should develop this market as soon as possible. Moreover, according to the principle of market competition, the production of original paperboard can not be monopolized, and there should be at least two or more production plants to form a competitive situation. At the same time, as the original cardboard production line, it should not only produce the original cardboard, but also have two or more other varieties of products. In fact, the production of raw paperboard in Europe is the same, so there should be more than two manufacturers of raw paperboard in China

according to the analysis of industry experts, the production of composite flexible packaging raw paperboard has high scientific and technological content and large profits. The raw materials used in the production are chemical pulp and chemical mechanical pulp (except purpak). The price of the finished product is about 1200 US dollars per ton. It is a high profit product with low-cost raw materials. The relationship between supply and demand has been established and is stable. From the perspective of market demand, about 110.8 billion packages of milk and beverages in the world are packaged with Tetra Pak, accounting for about 70% in Europe, accounting for 77.6 billion packages (with a population of 700million). If China reaches half of the current level in Europe by 2020, it will still be 77.6 billion bales (due to the population of 1.4 billion), 800 tons of original paperboard white cardboard will be used for every 100 million bales, and the annual demand for cardboard will be 776800=620800 tons, or 620000 tons. This is an attractive market prospect. If the demand of other Asian countries is added, the prospect will be even brighter. Of course, the threshold to enter the original paperboard production is also very high, and there should be sufficient technical preparation. Enterprises planning to produce liquid composite flexible packaging raw paperboard should first consider their own conditions:

1 Whether the raw fiber supply is sufficient and stable

2. Whether the paperboard conditions meet the production requirements of the original paperboard, the door width of the extrusion compound machine should be a multiple of 1.4m (this is determined according to the door width of the canning machine), and the original paper producers in Sweden and Finland are all produced according to this arrangement; The paper machine shall also be a multiple of 1.4m

3. It is necessary to communicate with the purchaser of the original paperboard to obtain the recognition, support and cooperation of the purchaser. After a period of research and development, the product quality can be officially produced only after it is recognized by the other party
